Well some of us don't really use services like MOG and Pandora, so for us that isn't an issue. OS compatibility isn't an issue either, even if LMS development stops completely (which seems unlikely, given it is open source) it is easy to run LMS in a virtual machine using something like Virtual Box so that it has an operating system it likes.
