I bough a couple of very cheap bus powered hubs, and they are NFG, lots of breakup. Used my powered hub, and all is ok. BUT as soon as I connect my MDAC to my SBT via USB I get a hum, like an earth loop. I though it was the hub, but it seems to be there without the hub as well. I've ordered an Olimex USB isolator to try, but has anyone had a hum problem, and if so, how was it fixed?
