What you are missing; is going to both the max2play and picoreplayer
links and reading; both can be set up headless or attached to a monitor
and stuff.

Decide which you would like to try (it's possible to use a different sd
card (or just reconfigure one card).

Plenty of help when you get going, but no hand holding until you decide,
not from me, anyway.
