May you don't believe it. I sent the file you sent me to a fax machine in
the +1-416 area and it worked beautifully.
I don't think there is anything wrong with your file. I can view it with
QuickView Plus and can also import it to CorelDraw 9 without any problem.
I suspect the Boston cell does not support this type of TIF file. I just
created a test file using faxcvt95 and sent to your fax. Still waiting for
the reply from the Boston cell.
