I changed the site a bit. I think it looks better now. Feel free to update
when not correct. I specified the rules a bit: So I added a comment, that
non-linked entries can be removed after 3 years not-updated. As there is
no way to verify non-linked Trac installations I think this is a good
idea. Whether or not they really are deleted can be decided in 3 years :-)
Naturally I added the two OSM projects I know of.
