Trac's true strength lies in its integration of tickets, source browser and Wiki. Being able to reference any part of Trac from any other is a very nice feature.
Bugzilla has many more features than Trac, but it is also more complex to use and Trac's "useful defaults" work well for a lot of people. However, if you absolutely do need features that Trac doesn't provide and don't care about Wiki/ticket/browser integration, then Bugzilla, Roundup, etc. might be good choices. (I also think the fact that you're using a user interface (Mylyn) that hides Bugzilla's UI completely is quite telling.)
