i already use BlackMagicTicketTweaksPluginis for customizing the appearance of certain ticket fields. It also provides to permit a field from being changed by non-priviliged users. But that's not what i want. I want to disallow a group of user to select a certain action for a ticket, e.g. a developer is not allowed to close a ticket. Anyway, thanks for your answer.
