Here is a patch that should solve the issue for you:

This part of the code was entirely rewritten since version 1.1.0, so it
should not be present in the next version anyway. But hopefully this
fixes it for you in the meanwhile. Please report back as to whether this
works. You might want to comment here in this bug report:
