'For the promise, that he should be heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed thru the law, but thru the righteousness of faith.' Romans 4:13 In Romans 4, we read about the life of Abraham and how he was faithfull, believed wat the Lord said to him that he shall father many nations and therefore made righteous by God who had given him the promise. Pastor Tom said that the problem with us today is not that we do not hear the voice of God, neither is it that we do not have faith but the problem is our unbelief. 'He staggered not at the promise of God thru unbelief, but was strong in faith, giving glory to God. And being fully persueded, that wat he had promised, he was able also to perform.' Rom 4:20-21 I believe as christians we should act on the word that the Lord has spoken to us in faith for faith without action is dead. Pst Tom also said that faith requires action and it is this persistant acting in faith and believing the word of God spoken to us that our breakthrough will be realised. Trails may come to get you off your trail, to destract you, but if you keep your faith and continue to believe God will bring it to pass. Let us hold on to faith, trusting and believing in wat the Lord has said to us and let us get rid of all unbelief or doubt.
