Somewhat off topic here - I just installed Netgear (*shhhhh* don't
tell my boss!) 85 Mbps powerline networking gear to connect a Slingbox
and Series 2 Tivo to my network this weekend.  Its very fast and
worked without a hitch.  I used a single port in my office with the
other network gear and the model with a 4 port switch at the
Tivo/Slingbox.  I've got another 4 port switch model that I'll use for
whatever in the future.  I have Cat5e wiring in my house, but not
enough ports :(  This is a clean way to bridge your network and get
decently high bandwidth.
