There's another idea! People love titles and being able to say that they are a part of something. Titles give them a sense of being a key piece of the pie... so to speak. So there's another idea that might work to get more folks involved and helping. Put up adverts and links where people can apply to become "Wiki Content Developers", "Forum Designers", etc. etc. etc. That gives people a sense of importance, that key part of being a part of the team, and just might be enough of a "sweetener" or motivator to get folks to come in and lend a hand with things however they can.
