Hmm, I don't think a fork would be needed for that.One could just begin to work on more simple installation disk of Parabola for new users. But who would use it anyway? A marginal of a marginal. Maybe worth doing.
(For me the complexity to install Parabola GNU/Linux has never been an issue, though.)
