I finally sucked it up and decided to download all of apt-offline-GUI's  
dependencies manually. It took a while. It took even more time when I had to  
download a few of the dependencies' missing dependencies.

Long story short, I eventually ended up with a crucial package saying  
"Dependency is not satisfiable", and that dependency saying "Error: a later  
version is already installed", and on removing the other version being unable  
to install another dependency (not to mention losing my beloved VLC Media  
Player).

I've had my fill with this and I have decided to revert back to using  
Windows. Goodbye, everyone, and thank you for all your help.

Easy, easy, I'm joking! However, I have decided not to install anything  
anymore unless it's absolutely necessary. I can get by with what I have now.

Regarding onpon4's question on why I need an email client: I don't right now.  
But it seemed convenient to install (how very foolish of me), and I might be  
getting an Internet connection in the future.
