Hi Leo

>From my point of view, when you have a traumatic incident, you loose part
of your beingness and activity level.
To (d) have a full recovery of the beingness and activity level and reach
that you had before the incident, you must have (a) a full erasure of the
charge locked up by the incident.
To have a full erasure of that charge you must (c) go back at the time of
the incident and fully pervade that space, again. And then you must be
able to (b) comfortably look at all those past images again, feel all
those nasty feelings once more, and remember all of your strategies in that
particular game (i.e., full perception and realization of all the
significances contained in and resulting from the incident). And that
is exactly what you do and get when you do a complete timebreaking. If you
skip some significant point of the incident, your timebreak is not
complete, yet.
So, the recovery (d) is a natural result (a) from a complete timebreak.
But the remembering (without rejection) of that time, space (c), including
(b) all significances, thoughts, feeling, etc., are the natural pathway of
the timebreak.
Your scenes will be completely timebroken only on level 5, when you go
really deeper.

Keep tromming
Leoncio
