Julie, I have no problem with what you said below.

MY PROBLEM IS YOUR HUSBANDS CONDEMNATION OF CHRISTIANS WHO DO NOT AGREE WITH YOU AND DO NOT FOLLOW THE OT SABBATH.  This makes him, according to Galatians, a Judiazer.  Gal. 5:4.  Julie, do you agree with your husband that Christians cannot be right with God if they do not follow the OT Sabbath?  Do you agree with your husband that it is a sin for Christians to observe Christmas?

PS.  The sentence I underlined below tells me you were in a false church.  I personally know of no church anywhere that teaches what you said below except the Unitarians.  They are a cult and not a part of Christianity.  While I appreciate the "God can do anything" attitude of Charismatic some Charismatics have some of the most ridiculous teachings I have ever heard.  Some say, "God told this to me, and therefore there is no discussion.  Or if you don't agree, you are not right with God because God said it."

And finally, I appreciate Marlin being on TT.  I hope he stays.

Hello,
You all do not know me. I am Marlin's wife.  During prayer I have been led by the Holy Spirit to write. I would like to give you a little history of my walk with God.
I came from  a background of a non denominational charismatic type Christian faith.  After years of following God and praying for my first husband who had walked away from God (he is now deceased) I saw my husband change practically over night.  He found the Lord in a real way.  God was no longer the god he had been shown who seemed to have a doctrine of anything goes, and all you have to do is love me and live how you want to.  My husband had been disillusioned by the church because of this type of teaching.
He had said that "if this is how Christians are then I want no part in it."  The world had seemed to be better than the church.  After watching my husband's sudden change I had no choice but to seek out truth from my Bible as I had been taught that the law had been done away.
As I started keeping the Sabbath, God's word started opening up to me like never before.  Things that hadn't made sense became clarified.  I can not tell you why this happened except that out of obedience God had blessed me.
I do not keep Gods laws to be saved but I keep them because I am saved.  They are not grievous to me but are a delight.  As David said Oh how I love Gods Laws!  His laws are a light to me; they show me the ways of God.  The life of Christ is a perfect example of keeping Gods laws, not of going away from them.  Jesus died on the cross to pay the death penalty for our sin.  But we do not keep sinning willfully.  We know that he paid our debt so that our sin is covered as we can not live the perfect life that he did.
The blood sacrifice of bulls and goats never did pay for anyone's sins.  It was a symbol to recognize the Christ to come. So the act of sacrificing in faith of the Christ to come saved them from their sin beforehand through the Christ to come.
I do not have intention of debating with anyone.  I am just testifying to you what God has done in my life.  May God bless you in your walk with him as you seek for his truth.  Nothing matters except His truth.  I pray more earnestly than anything that I may be guided by his truth and nothing more or less.
