I believe scripture teaches that Jesus layed aside the glory he had with the Father as God

when he took upon himself the form of a servant.  He was on earth as the Son of God. To me the

creeds that have been taught for 2,000+ years and have ppl saying by rote that Jesus is wholly

God and wholly man when the two conflict cause a lot of confusion.   God is omnipotent and

omnipresent, transcendent etc.  When he came in a flesh body Jesus was none of these, in fact

He plainly said "The Father is greater than I".

The nature of mankind is Galatians 5:19 and Jesus was not that either (which is what DM and

I have been discussing).  jt

Judy, I don’t get it.  You don’t think the Father and Son are one? Do you believe Jesus is God? I see it as Jesus being the Manifestation of God the Father in human flesh.  izzy

You have repeatedly said that Christ, on earth,  only represented God.  JD

Let me put it this way JD.  When John the Baptist was baptizing Jesus in the River Jordan; God spoke from

heaven and the Holy Spirit descended as a dove.  Now are you telling me that Jesus and God are one and the

same?  At Calvary Jesus prayed to the Father asking that He receive his spirit - was He praying to Himself?

We need to get a grip here.  judyt
