Sure, that would be great. You might want to eyeball the
MavenUtilsTest::testMavenPropertyLoading() and double check to see if I
am correctly mimicing the loading of the properties. It's not unlikely
that I have a mismatch between what's in the test and what happens
during Maven runtime.

I'll play around some more but if you're around tomorrow I'll try to
track it down with you.
