Just to underline a point in other replies. While I think this will help
Maven be used Jakarta wide, I'm more interested in making those places
that use Maven in Jakarta fit into the overall structure.

What I'm hoping for is some kind of standard template website/nav-bar that
Maven projects in Jakarta could use for their site. ie) adding a Download
Release, Download Nightly, and other Jakarta menu items.

So, not so much the Jakarta Commons site you created back in July, but a
way to improve the various Commons subprojects using Maven to have a
consistent L&F.
