I haven't gone through the new docs in detail yet, but from a quick 10-20 minute review, this looks like a major improvement.
Fantastic work, everyone! One thing I did note by it's absence though... There should be a "Contributing to TurboGears" section someplace, and I didn't see one. Even if it's just a pointer to some other documentation someplace (on the website maybe?) I think there should still be something in the sphinx docs about it.
