I'm open to any tutorial people want to submit, we can easily add them to
the documentation if anyone is interested in maintaining them.
the wiki one is the historical one and is not much different from the
"blog" tutorials other web frameworks provide.

The Validation part is already inside the basic documentation:
http://turbogears-dev.readthedocs.org/en/workshop/turbogears/validation.html

For the Forms+Validation part I kept it out of the basic documentation
because strictly speaking is not something that TurboGears itself provides.
It's something based on ToscaWidgets and that people might not even use.

Agree,
I'm going to write this as soon as possible.
If anyone wants to submit something on this I'm of course going to accept
any pull request.
