+1 for the IRC logs. Heck the logger app could be a pretty simple TG app i would think, we could show our "2.0 compliance" by having a word cloud for the logs ;-) And I'm on the fence about a forum, since i read the mailing list from the groups.google.com page it's almost like a forum as it is now.
I asked about a few months ago on the channel but it was said that it could'nt be done because people couldnt opt-out.
