Which, in the past, they did not.

The larger issue: it wouldn't kill them to run the race in a 2.5-hour
slot, which would give them plenty of time for both build up and
recapping. Since F1 has a two-hour time limit (and the races rarely
come close to that: usually it's around 1:35 or 1:40), I don't get
that. Then again, I don't get a lot of things they do.
