Deadspin has the video from Today Hour 3, featuring a pep talk from no other than Tom Brokaw. Turns out that not only did *neither* of the on-air talent have IFBs (?!?), but the broadcast started 30 seconds early (?!?!?), so AJ truly had no clue that he was on the air (not to excuse him, but that's why both of them have the deer in the headlights look.
