So I don’t really wanna be a witness for the defense but, if Disney were to respond that they suspended Kimmel precisely because the FCC threatened to revoke their broadcast license or some other federal agency might interfere with important acquisitions or mergers or other activities that the company had in mind couldn’t they argue that they actually were preserving shareholder value not compromising it?
