The common CFI driver (drivers/mtd/cfi_flash.c) should be able to support all CFI compliant FLASH types. The Spansion ones are definitely supported. I suggest you take a look at the Numonyx datasheets to see if they are CFI compliant. If yes, this driver should support them as well.
