Apparently it is the Broadcom line (used a lot by Dell, it seems) that is
the problem and led to the warnings --- It's not just UniData/UniVerse - it
appears to be MANY network functions that are impacted...

I've never heard of it, and guess I'm just dumb and lucky that no one has
been hit with a problem - I've decided being lucky is MUCH better than being
good - but then I guess gigabit is till 'high end' enough that most clients
don't have them...
