Perhaps an upgrade to 10.1.1 would help you, like IBM has promised will help us? (see my other post) We've found Kurt Neuman at UTwo to be helpful - if he doesn't know, he will find out and get back to you - who is your VAR? We use ProSol, and find Erik de Kok friendly and knowledgeable too.
