Where are you seeing 2 year ROI?  With 5 customers you're breaking even,
that's like 2 days of installs.  With 20 customers you're more than
profitable.

This is exactly how we got started building a profitable business (this
idea actually came from Travis Johnson).  These days we basically get free
money from the credit union via prime rate loan, it's something like $125
per $20k?
