The Moomex theme is too much Vista from my point of view. I think it's not Ubuntu's goal to imitate another OS. We have to make something different, an own style. Your screenshot looks ok, but not very progressive. Looks still like ye olde Gtk look...If we want to make something new, something different, I doubt that this is the right direction.
