Isn´t this more or less what you requested? Let me know if you need more features and I can see what I can do. By the way a redesign is coming soon. :-) We also support the open collaboration services api. http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Specifications/open-collaboration-services So you can access all the wallpapers via an REST api and download it directly to the desktop if you want. What do you think?
