Oi José, Você está com os repositórios universe, multiverse e demais habilitados? Pois se estiver tudo habilitado deveria achar esses pacotes. Dê um sudo apt-cache search sun-java6 (para saber os pacotes disponíveis no seus repositórios que possuem esse trecho no nome) No meu dá isso aqui de resposta:
