Well i'm spanish and i'm afraid i'm going to contradict what Lierni and Miriam Ruiz have said in this threath.
In spanish we use the same termination for male and neutral gender. Ubunteros is perfectly fine to refer to a group of people that uses Ubuntu and Ubuntero to a person (of any gender) that uses Ubuntu. I do not see all the male taxi drivers (taxista in spanish note the final a) of Spain complaining about the name given to them.
