@Daniel Chen. I've been trying out "default-fragment-size-msec = 5" in /etc/pulse/daemon.conf for a while now and there is no difference. The audio is still delay around 5000ms at beginning on the VOIP call and then it gets worse and worse with CPU chewing at 100%.
