Yes, using pulseaudio with skype in 9.04 gives a leak of memory, but fortunately it is possible to avoid using pulseaudio with skype. First, I changed my sound settings (System->Preferences->Sound->Detault mixer tracks) to HDA Intel (Alsa mixer). Then in Skype I changed all three sound device options (sound in, sound out, ring) to HDA Intel. After that Skype works well without leak of memory.
