I did comment it out. in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/10apt-listbugs
// DPkg::Pre-Install-Pkgs {"if dpkg -s apt-listbugs | grep -q '.....
and were running sudo apt-get upgrade again and got now ...
terminal is not fully functional
/tmp/y\tmpZiK-08 (press Return)

pressing return results that the console window freeze
