It seems it is trying to start "lwsmd" during the installation.  I don't
think that will work as the target system isn't yet running when
installing through debian-installer.  Take a look at my "syslog" file.
Ignore the "likewise-open5-netlogon" errors.  That dummy package is no
longer specified in my preseed.cfg file.  If I need to install this
package during a "first boot" type of startup script from now on then
let me know.  I know that likewise-open has seen a major upgrade from
the version released with karmic.
