Agreed. This randomly changed from karmic, where it is correct. Installing eclipse is now annoying because it installs an arbitrary jre I do not use. In karmic and jaunty the dependency is "openjdk-6-jre- headless | java6-runtime-headless", so it should probably just be changed to this.
