For any remaining issues such as the need to add an article to the actions related to the Rubbish Bin, I'd recommend using the British translators mailing list, which is a more appropriate forum for such discussions. Once agreement has been reached, you can modify the strings in Launchpad if necessary, and they will be picked up in the next round of stable release language pack updates, a few weeks after release.
