This probably comes from nautilus [1]. I've done a search for all "Wastebasket" instances in the en_GB translations and it seems there are still a few:
http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/622618/ You can fix them by going to a url such as https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/<source- package>, choosing the template and entering 'Wastebasket' in the search box to locate the strings. E.g. https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/nautilus/ <source-package> should roughly be the name in square brackets in the pasted text. The name in square brackets is actually the template name, but it often is the same as the source package name.
