GuC file for Kaby Lake is present in kernel github (https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux- firmware.git/tree/i915 ) from February 2017. So it's highest time to remove temporary patch added to address unreleased GUC firmware.
