@DANNY Hi, quick question(s) about your kernel compile: 1. How did you download the 2.6.23.1 source? apt-get something or git? 2. You mention make xconfig - are you able to send your config file? Any other configuration you did? 3. What make command did you type? make (with args), make-dkpg or debian/rules - could you please be specific? 4. What was your resulting debian package name? 5. Did you get restricted modules to compile for you? What commands worked?
