@francescohickle15, this is not "pure aesthetics". Creating random folder in user's home directly, without user explicitly requesting it is just bad design. Not giving user any option to remove/move or even rename this folder is a horrible design choice and has nothing to do with aesthetics. As many people here mentioned is has multitude of negative consequences and I'm not sure why Snap developers keep ignoring this critical issue while hiding behind "it is hard to fix and we like it this way" argument.
