I booted a Lubuntu 20.04 system on dell [optiplex] 780 (c2q-q9400, 8gb, amd/ati cedar radeon hd 5000/6000/7350/8350), a ~recent QA-install which has had little modifications as it's not used.
I logged in via `openbox` and could not replicate this issue on the Lubuntu install either. I'll continue testing..
