No, you don't. That is just a template reply with generic instructions
that apply to most SRUS.

In this case while the update is in plucky proposed, to test you use the
test plan instructions in #1. That does not involve changing your
sources.

One the update is tested and released and upgrades turned back on, the
oracular updater will fetch the plucky upgrader from the plucky release
pocket. No change of sources required. That is it's usual behaviour for
any upgrade.
