Public bug reported: accountsservice had various upstream releases that we have missed.
We actually missed various intermediate releases, which included various memory fixes (that are also handled separately via LP: #2146151. But the main thing we are missing is the support for systemd-homed, that implies that if systemd-homed is installed and used to manage the users, then these users won't be able to login or to be managed.
