but I'm subscribed now.

I don't think there is anything to be uploaded until libsso-mib0 is in
main. Similarly, I don't think a Feature Freeze Exception can be
approved until that happens.

It is possible for an exception to promote libsso-mib0 to main in an
already stable release. This is mentioned ("backward") at
https://documentation.ubuntu.com/project/MIR/mir-other-release/

I'm unsure if Feature Freeze Exceptions are used for Stable Releases or
if that's handled completely by the SRU process.
