Hi. After research for a while for the problem when shutting down the SO have noted for some "error" lines.
After search for the file log have found this: on file /var/log/daemon.log firmware_helper[5343]: main: error loading '/lib/firmware/b43legacy/ucode2.fw' for device '/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:0c.0/ssb0:0/firmware/ssb0:0' with driver '(unknown)' After search in net for drivers have found the solution... here --> http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/b43#devicefirmware Have resolve the problem with a simple driver update making sudo apt-get install b43-fwcutter Sorry about this, i guess you can delete all my post because they don belong to this bug...
