** Description changed:

- Binary package hint: language-selector
+ Ubuntu 8.04.1

  1. Open System > Administration > Language Support.
- 2. Select a language for installation, click Apply, and wait for the
installation to finish.
+ 2. Change the "Default Language" setting, and click Apply.

  What you see:
  * "Reboot required - To complete the changes a reboot is required so that the
new functionality is activated."
  * A "Close" button that doesn't actually close the Language Support window.
  * No ability to restart the computer.

  What you should see:
  * A message that doesn't use the words "reboot", "functionality", or
"activated". For example, "You need to restart the computer before using
newly-installed languages."
  * "Restart Now" and "Restart Later" buttons.
