Hi guys, I have been thinking about closing our facebook group in favor of having only our facebook page as our default channel on facebook. I think having 2 channels causes fragmentation, and makes it harder to maintain.
Does anyone have a reason to have 2 channels instead of 1 ? Please keep in mind that Pages are used to promote businesses and such, while groups are mainly for discussions(as I can see people are also using our page for discussions). We can of course start a thread on the group to ask people's opinion, but I thought we should discuss it first here. Thanks, Ahmed Toulan.
