I LOVE it!!!!! And I will, if no one beats me to it, enter a motion at
the meeting that we accept this proposal as is.

Just one question I've been meaning to ask, and your proposal reminded
me if it:

How do we define a quorum at the meeting? So we count EVERYONE listed as
"active" on this list in order to determine what number constitutes a
quorum?
